SHIPPING

a) Products In-stock

Upon payment confirmation, in-stock items will be shipped from our warehouse within 5 working days. This is an estimation and does not include weekends or public holidays.

If you need the items urgently, please contact us directly for alternative arrangements (e.g. self-collection).

b) Products on Backorders

Items on backorder will be processed and shipped within 14 working days upon payment confirmation. Your order should arrive at your delivery address provided within 16-17 working days. For orders containing both in-stock and backorder products, we will ship them separately i.e. in-stock items will be shipped first.

c) Bespoke Products

Given the differing and numerous processes involved in the production of Bespoke Products, more details will be provided upon the order received. Typically bespoke items will be processed, completed and shipped within 30 calendar days upon payment confirmation.

d) Shipping Rates and Services

Singapore Orders $50 and below will be delivered via Singpost registered mail.

Delivery will take 2-5 working days.

Singapore Orders above $50 will be delivered via our courier service partner.

Delivery will take 1-2 working days.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

a) Products

We work hard to ensure the items you have ordered are to your satisfaction. However, should you wish to return the item, please do so within 10 days of the dispatched date for Singapore orders (including self-collection orders).

You are required to notify us via email to check if the item is valid for return. The return address will also be given to you once your return request has been approved. Upon receiving confirmation from our customer service, the return item must be mailed out via Singpost registered article service. We will not be responsible for any lost mail send back through non-traceable mailing options. Do inform us via email once you have mailed out the item so we can keep a look out for your parcel.

b) Workshops

We do not provide refunds for workshops booked. However we realise life happens so email us should you require help in changing workshop booking dates or any other assistance.
